# Woofka Terms of Use

Effective: August 28, 2026

Woofka is a walking companion app for iPhone. By downloading or using it, you agree to
these terms.

## The app

Woofka is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control. The core
app — the corgi, step tracking, goals, streaks, walk history, and notifications — is free.

Woofka is a companion, not a medical device. Step counts and distances come from Apple
Health and your device's sensors and may be inaccurate. Nothing in the app is health or
medical advice.

## Woofka Club

**Woofka Club** is an optional subscription that unlocks cosmetic content — coats and
scenes for your corgi. It never gates the core app.

- Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID through the App Store, and **renew
  automatically** until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings;
  cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The annual plan may include a **free trial**. A trial is available once per Apple ID;
  unused trial time is forfeited when a paid subscription starts.
- When a subscription ends, Club content locks again. Anything free stays yours.
- **Club Forever** is a one-time purchase that unlocks Club content permanently, without a
  subscription.
- Prices are shown in the App Store's local currency before you buy. Refunds are handled
  by Apple through the App Store.

## Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the version at this URL is the current one.
Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
