Nine years in product design and development, seven as product lead in blockchain and fintech. At Supra Labs I led the team that built SupraScan, an L1 chain's native explorer, from scratch, and defined the API layer its wallet, marketing and ecosystem teams shared. At Formosa Financial, an enterprise-wallet fintech, my research moved the product from B2B to B2C. Now building Deejiar, a consumer AI app, end to end, with a confidence-scored database keeping AI output controllable.

Product Role

  1. Consumer AI - Deejiar2026.5 – Current

    Founder

    • Defined an “inherit, don’t generate” direction: the AI adapts journeys local guides have actually lived, so international travelers tailor one in a tap. Live on iOS and web in Tokyo, Singapore and Taipei.
    • Built a dynamic database with confidence-scored validation: places come from human-verified content and routes are computed, not generated, so every itinerary can be followed.
    • After launch, recruited local guides city by city to build the platform’s supply side from zero.
    • Built on an agent workflow I designed and open-sourced for Claude Code and Codex.
  2. Layer 1 Blockchain - Supra Labs2021.7 – 2026.4

    Product Lead

    • Led the engineering team, working with designers during the build, to take SupraScan — Supra’s native blockchain explorer and core ecosystem infrastructure — from a blank page to launch.
    • Provided the UI components and API data layer the marketing, wallet and ecosystem teams built on.

    Sr. UI/UX Designer

    • Designed and shipped StarKey v1, Supra’s native wallet (iOS and browser extension), and ran trading-flow tests to find steps to cut and moments a user must confirm.
    • Established the semantic design system the whole product team designed and built from.

Design Role

  1. Fintech - Formosa Financial2018.9 – 2021.4

    Used UX research to move the product from B2B to B2C

    • Led UX research that surfaced retail-market pain points; the C-suite pivoted the product on it.

    Led the design of the crypto asset management product

    • Drove a co-branded cold wallet with CoolBitX from planning to market, taking the wallet into hardware.
    • Coordinated outsourced design revisions to fit the product’s market positioning.
    • Defined APIs and data flow with the backend team so the interface got correct data.
  2. Virtual Gym - Coretronic2017.7 – 2018.7

    Designed the Enterprise Information Portal system for a fitness club’s operations

    Led product design for Taiwan’s first digital gym (2018)

    • Turned product manuals and client feedback into the final spec with department managers.
    • Built prototypes and tool tutorials that set a new workflow, later added to the official handbook.
  3. P2P Business - Levooya2017.4 – 2017.6

    Took over and redesigned the app to publish on App Store

    • Took over the design system and designed UI libraries for every iOS device.
    • Mapped the business model canvas and value proposition, saving two-thirds of research time.
